• Exclusive Service: All our services and treatments are performed solely and exclusively by prior appointment.

• Punctuality: We highly recommend arriving at the spa reception 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event of a client delay, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows outside this regulatory notice window may incur financial charges.

• Health and Well-being: It is the client's responsibility to inform our staff before commencing any treatment if they are pregnant, suffer from skin allergies, or have any relevant medical conditions.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments exclusively by card or cash directly at the spa reception. As an external and independent company from the hotel complex, charging treatments to your hotel room is strictly unavailable.

• External Clients: The water zone and spa circuit are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Day Pass services or access are not available to persons not staying at the establishment.
